Arrival
Travel in, settle into your rooms, shared dinner. No programme, just arrive.
Foundations
Basics, licenses, first workflows. From day one we build with you on your real tasks.
Island day
Free. Pool, Tramuntana, a village. The head keeps processing in the background.
Going deep
MCP connection, first agent fleet, team playbook. By Friday a running system is in place.
Departure
Handover, 90-day plan, your internal AI contact is set. You drive home with a system.
Working rhythm 9:00 to 12:30 and 14:30 to 17:30. Free time from 17:30. Dinner optionally together, nothing but the working days is mandatory.
Your team only learns when it dares to.
One reason training courses often achieve nothing appears in no programme: people do not dare to say that they did not understand something. Reluctantly in front of colleagues, and certainly not in front of the management. So heads nod, and afterwards nothing about the work changes.
That is why our groups are small and the place is far away from the office. You sit at the same table for a week, eating together and working together, not as a social programme but so that someone finally asks the question that would have been swallowed in the meeting room. That is where learning starts.
We ask one thing of the managers who come along: the week is not an assessment. Nobody is measured on how quickly they get it. It is often the quietest people in the office who have the best ideas, the moment nobody is looking over their shoulder.
The EU AI Act puts you on the hook for your people's AI literacy.
Since February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires every company using AI to ensure its staff have a sufficient level of AI literacy. National market surveillance authorities have been able to enforce that since August 2026. Neither a particular course format nor a certificate is prescribed, which works in your favour: you can meet the obligation with something that genuinely helps you. We document the training so you can show it during an audit.
