Arrival

Foundations
Basics, licenses, first workflows. From day one we build with you on your real tasks.
Island day
Free. Pool, Tramuntana, a village. The head keeps processing in the background.
Going deep
MCP connection, first agent fleet, team playbook. By Friday a running system is in place.
Departure
Handover, 90-day plan, your internal AI contact is set. You drive home with a system.
Working rhythm 9:00 to 12:30 and 14:30 to 17:30. Free time from 17:30. Dinner optionally together, nothing but the working days is mandatory.
The EU AI Act requires you to train your people.
Since February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires every company that uses AI to train its staff in working with it. No transition period, no exemption for small businesses. We fulfil that duty with you and document the training so you can show it during an audit. A legal obligation turns into a week your team actually takes something away from.
