It starts with a half-hour conversation that costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You describe what you are stuck on, we listen and ask questions. Then we tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it. Sometimes the answer is no, and we say that too.
If it fits, we propose a format: a single day, a handful of sessions across a few weeks, or the whole week at the finca. What you need depends less on how much you already know than on how deep you want to go and how much time you have.
After that we work. On screen or side by side, on your setup and not on a sample file. What you end up with runs on your machine. And if something snags two weeks later, you can get in touch without a new contract being needed.
