Learning material, made for you

# We write the course that does not exist for you yet.

You don't get a programme off the shelf from us. We listen to how the work actually gets done at your company, and out of that we write the learning material your people learn AI with. Your tools, your processes, your real tasks. Afterwards it belongs to you.

Why we do it this way

## Between understanding it and doing it on Monday sits an entire company.

A general AI course explains what a prompt is, shows three examples and is over in two hours. Afterwards your bookkeeper sits in front of her own software and still doesn't know how to close the month faster with it. Not because she failed to understand, but because your whole company sits between the example in the video and her Tuesday.

That distance is the actual work. It doesn't shrink when you buy more courses. It shrinks when the material knows your processes: which systems you run, how a quote comes together at your company, who sends what to whom and why it has been done that way for twelve years.

None of that is in any catalogue, because it only exists at your company. Which is exactly why we write it down. Ready-made courses are fast and cheap, and for the basics they are fine. The moment it gets to your actual work, they stop. That is where we start.

How it comes about

## Four steps, and the first one is listening.

We don't send you a questionnaire and deliver a PDF two weeks later. We talk first to the people who actually do the work.

1. 01

    ### Listening

We sit down with you, on site or on screen. We talk to the people doing the work, not only to the leadership, because the interesting friction is rarely at the top. We look at what you work with and where time gets lost every month. At the end there is a list of real tasks from your company.

2. 02

    ### Writing

Out of that we write your material. Every exercise hangs on a task that genuinely exists at your company, in your vocabulary, with your customer types and your spreadsheets. Not a single textbook example. We write in the language spoken at your company, German, English or Spanish.

3. 03

    ### Working through it together

Then we do it with your people. Not reading slides out loud, but sitting side by side and building. At the end of every session everyone has something finished that they keep and use from the next day on. Anyone falling behind gets brought along, not overtaken.

4. 04

    ### Staying

The real questions arrive after the workshop. We stay reachable for an agreed period, update the material when the tools change, and train one person at your company to carry it on internally. That is the difference between a training session and an actual change.

What you get

## At the end you hold something that belongs to you.

Not access to a platform that expires when you stop paying. Material that stays at your company.

- A complete set of learning material in your name, in your language, with your examples

- Exercises built on real tasks from your company instead of invented cases

- A short version for new hires, so the knowledge does not leave with the participants

- A plain-language internal policy on what is allowed with AI at your company and what is not

- One person on your team who knows how to keep the material current

- The documentation you can produce for the statutory AI-literacy obligation

Where

## At your offices, at ours, or both.

The material is the same, the setting is not. What fits better depends on how much quiet you need and how many people can travel.

### At your offices

We come to you. Upside: your real machines, your real access, your real data. Downside: business as usual keeps knocking on the door. Good for shorter sessions and for teams that cannot travel together.

### A week at the finca

You come to Mallorca as a group, exclusively, accommodation and meals included. Upside: nobody gets called out of the room, and the distance from everyday work loosens up heads that stay closed in a meeting room. That is what the week is built for.

### Mixed

The week at the finca for the group driving it, then shorter sessions at your offices for everyone else. That way the knowledge reaches the last department without the whole company being away at once.

And the obligation

## An obligation can turn into something that actually helps you.

Since February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act obliges every company using AI to make sure its staff know how to handle it. Since August 2026 national market surveillance authorities stand behind that requirement. There is no prescribed course format and no mandatory certificate, which is good news: you can meet the obligation with something that genuinely helps you instead of a tick in a box. We document the training so you can produce it if anyone asks.

Who this is for

## Who this pays off for, and who it does not.

It pays off when your company employs people whose daily work genuinely changes through AI: administration, sales, customer service, quoting, marketing, project management. When you have already noticed that some people quietly work with AI and others do not at all, and you want to bring order to that before it drifts apart.

It doesn't pay off when all you need is a certificate for the file. There are cheaper providers for that, and we would rather tell you beforehand than afterwards. We don't build material that nobody uses.

For scale: it starts making sense with a handful of people who should learn the same thing. Upwards, the limit is not the headcount but how different their work is. Where the tasks diverge too far, we would rather cut the material into two versions than water it down.

What it costs

### We name the price once we know what you need.

Any number we gave you beforehand would be a guess. The effort depends on how many people take part, how different their work is, how deep into your systems we should go and whether we come to you or you come to us. We clear that up in a conversation, send you an outline with a price, and you decide in your own time. Until then it costs you nothing but half an hour.

## Tell us about your company.

Write to us with how many people you are, what industry you work in and where it currently gets stuck. We come back with a few questions and an honest proposal, before anything becomes binding.
